As a female with excessively oily skin due to high cholesterol from too much DHT, this saw palmetto works wonderfully in blocking the production of DHT. It has given me 'normal' skin. Highly recommended.

I purchased this due to PCOS, having researched that it aids in lowering high cholesterol. I take it every morning. There is a strong smell that some might dislike, but it has no side effects. It's only been a month since I started, and there are still no significant results, though I understand it may take three months to see noticeable improvements. Fingers crossed
